Freight Auditing:
Validating & Verifying the Invoices Sent by the Forwarder’s DHL & Fed EX
Ensuring to avoid discrepancies in the invoices
Discrepancies are avoided by highlighting the Price variation in the invoices
Inventory Management:
Receiving Goods receipt from Warehouse and book the stock in SAP.
Check stock Availability and keep tracking with the balance stock should be sold.
Reconciliation of Inventory Discrepancy between Warehouse Management & SAP
Closely working with 3PL to close in transit MR’s.
Monitoring and Fixing of EDI Failures.
Create outbound deliveries for open orders.
Removing of used stocks from FSE’s account.
Participation of Inventory Team in Physical Inventory
Generating report in PDF format from SAP which will be sent to Each Depot as Cycle Count Report &
Validating the counts for each material on Weekly Basis
Resolving the discrepancy by requesting the recounts with Depot
Ensure flawless data transfer between SAP- HTS through EDI.
Shipment Tracking
Responsibilities:
Single point of contact for any HR related queries that employees come across
Mediator between employees and management
Working hand-in-hand with operations to enhance employees’ performance
Resolving any and all issues that employees face
Constantly conducting sessions and updating employees with regards to HR policies and clarifying
