Dear Parents,
Re-Enrollment is open. You should have received an email Noon Dismissal
that gives step by step instructions on how to re-enroll. If you Teacher’s Professional
need assistance you can call the front office and schedule an Development
appointment for help. We have opened enrollment up to new
families on April 4th. Space in many classrooms are already full and April 16
acceptance will be at a first come, first serve basis; so, make sure
that you get your enrollment completed as soon as possible. Education Board; 6 pm

Here at PCAS we want to hear from you, the parents. In order to
provide all our families a chance to be heard we are opening up the Parent/Teacher Conferences
beginning of our monthly board meetings to allow you to come see what
April 20
kind of changes may be happening within the school or you can bring us
your ideas. Board meetings are normally every 3rd Monday of the month 5-10 Beach Vespers
at 6:00pm. On occasion, they do change; so, we will have the dates
posted within this newsletter each month. Our next Education Board will April 25 - 29
be Monday, April 16 at 6:00 pm. If you have a topic that you would like
to bring to the board, please call Theresa Martinez @ (941) 920-8639 or 6 – 10 Festival of the Arts

School Spirit Week; April 16 - 20 Last Art Contest for the Year
Can you believe that the
School spirit week is next week. Each day is as follows: end of the school year is
already near! This will be the
Monday: Crazy Hair Day last month of our art contest.
The art theme this month is
Tuesday: School Color Day (Green & Gold) Cubism. We have received
some incredible art throughout
Wednesday: Decade Day (Dress in your favorite time era) the year and look forward to
Thursday: Twin Day (Find a partner and dress alike) seeing what the students can
achieve within this final topic.
Friday: Biker vs. Surfer (Which do you like best? Dress as your favorite)
Keep an eye out for Applebee flyers. 8th grade has a few events (864) 706-8926;

scheduled for fundraising for their trip. The flyer must be brought in to

Please be aware that April 16th is professional development for
Lang, Lucinda: 2nd Grade
teachers and a half day. Lunch will not be provided to students. Plan
accordingly and pack a lunch if your child will be staying in after (941) 875-5103;

After school, on April 20th, 5-10 grade will be planning to leave Penno, Kaitlyn: 5-10 English,
at 3:30 for the beach. Those who are not in chimes will be supervised History
by Mr. Moors until time to head out. We will call once leaving the (615) 681-4330;
beach for pick up time, but it will most likely be around 8:00 pm. [email protected]
Please bring a sack dinner with you. Keep an eye out for Permission
