3. Approval of Minutes/Old Business


a. February 15, 2018 General Meeting Minutes
4. New Business/Reports/​Preparation For Upcoming Meeting
- CTSO participants talk about their experience in front of the club to
encourage others to participate in next year’s competition
- Trying to recruit younger members for competition so they have a
better experience

a. Lucky Strike Update
- May 4th (day after final meeting), after 5 pm
- Duration of 2 hours
- Estimated Price:
- $30/person
- Around 50 people attending
- $300/hr for room, minimum 2 hours
- Regular school bus for transportation
- Bowling Alley decided room
- Bowling shoes additional $4.50/person
- Unlimited games
- 29 people overall participated in last social
- Need firm quote for 30 people, 5:30-7:30pm

a. Krispy Kreme Fundraiser Update
- 50-300 boxes
- $5.99 per box goes down or up if you buy more or less
- Sell 300 boxes to gain $1500 profit
- Based numbers on last fundraiser
- Only 40 people participated in last fundraiser
- 5 Boxes sold per person
- Pre-order Donuts
- Edit forms, same layout as the Jamba fundraiser
- Billed after order
- Email faculty to sell donuts
- Make posters to publicise donuts around campus
- Inactive members go around to ask teachers about buying donuts
b. Tentative Date
- Car fits 50-100 boxes, need at least 3 people to pick up donuts
- Pickup early morning ~5am
- Alyssa willing to get donuts at 5 am with van
- One week in school to sell
- Sell more to students than family
- March 9-16 to sell (during spring break)
- Fundraiser will be prepared and ready for next general meeting to distribute

- May be working with Kipapa to do advertising for the Kipapa Fair

- Students make an advertising team and make a pitch about their
ideas to put on a poster

- Help people in their life situations

- Donate $40 and organization rewards a donation to organization for
participation
- Funds distributed throughout different schools
