    As a collaboration teacher, I co-planned math lessons and incorporated whole class teaching, small group,
    and station teaching. Provided IEP accommodations and differentiated materials for struggling students.

    As a self-contained teacher for students with adverse behavior needs, I instruct in all subject areas with a
    focus on social skills, providing accommodations and modifications to subject matter. Modify behavior using
    behavior intervention plans and reward systems. I also utilize two para-educators.

    Summerbridge Louisville Summer 2016; Summer 2017

    Language Arts Teacher, Assistant Director

    As a language arts teacher, I worked with the lowest reading level students in the program in order to help
    build their literacy skills with the goal of meeting grade level expectations. Six out of seven students showed
    growth on the program post-assessment.

    As Assistant Director, I worked with the Executive Director on training teachers, administrative tasks, student
    discipline, and planning program events.
