TYPE : An surface tolerant anti-corrosive primer base on epoxy resin and
moisture-curing ketimine type hardener
USE : Steel structure at marine or industrial severe corrosive enviroment
CHARACTERISTICS : 1. High performance corrosion control by penetrating into the rusty
surface
2. Good applicability
3. Quick drying in low temperature

COLOUR : Oxide Red, white and pale colours


APPEARANCE : Matt
APPLICATION METHOD : Airless spray/Brush or Roller
THINNER : Tect Ep Thinner
THINNING RATIO : Airless Spray → (0 - 10 % by weight)
Nozzle pressure : Not Less than 10 Mpa
Nozzle Tip : No. 163-517~621
Brush/Roller → (0 - 10 % by weight)
Power mix thinner if required
*Too much thinning results sagging and slower cure.

SURFACE PREPARATION : - All surface to be coated should be completely clean, dry and free from
contamination.
- Remove Salt and other waters-soluble contaminants by fresh water.
- Remove Oil and grease with suitable detergent or solvent
- Remove rust , mill scale and others loose materials completely by
abrasive blasting (ISO 8501-1:2007 Sa 2 ½ or SSPC SP-10) or power
tool cleaning (ISO 8501 – 1 St 3 or SSPC SP3)
