Safety Notice
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• Appliance shall not be installed in an area where a water jet could be used
• Do not load the shelves with more than 30 lbs (13.6 kg) each.
• Do not store explosive substances such as aerosol cans with a flammable propellant inside the appliance.

• Water pipe connections and fixtures directly connected to a potable water supply shall be sized, installed,

All flavor concentrates are stored in Bags-

To access the BIB plastic spouts, carefully open
the boxes along the perforations.
Instructions are printed on each box to assist
with operation.

If there is tape along the perforations, use a key
or other blunt tool to break the seal
Never use a knife to open the boxes. Use
extreme caution to ensure that the internal bag
is not damaged

Reach into the box and pull out the plastic
spout. Remove the plastic cap by pulling if off
of the spout, similar to opening a carton of milk

Visually examine each fitting from the BIB connector to the
flavor dispensing line

Ensure the brown rubber fitting at the mouth of the BIB
connector is pushed in all the way

Gently pull down on each each line to ensure fittings are
secure
If the line is not secure, use pliers to tighten the metal clasp
on the concentrate line

Connect each BIB to the BIB connector and flavor
line that corresponds to the shelf

Open the BIB connecter by holding thumbs on
the side flanges and pulling with fingers on the
top and bottom ports

Slide the C-Clamp adjacently onto the BIB spout

Close the BIB connector on the spout by holding
on to the side flanges with fingers and pushing on
the round center with thumbs. Listen for two
clicks to ensure a proper connection

Overview

The Servicing Panel has two tabs:
Consumables and Info.

These tabs can be accessed by
clicking on the respective top
rectangular box.

Consumables: This tab allows the
consumable flavors to be changed
and is used when installing/ or
servicing the Bevi.

Info: This tab is used to verify the
internet connection and contains app
information.
Servicing panel
Choosing flavors
1
When installing or changing flavors,
use the Consumables tab to adjust the
flavor icon to match the flavor
concentrate within the Bevi.

The numbers on the left (1-4)
correspond to the flavor shelf within
the Bevi.

To adjust the flavor icon, click on the
rectangular box that lists a Bevi flavor.

A popup window will appear that lists
all of the flavor options. Select the
flavor number that matches the flavor
that is being installed on that BIB shelf.

Priming flavors
1
Every time a new concentrate flavor is
inserted into the Bevi, this flavor line
needs to be primed.

To prime, first go to the Consumables
tab within the Servicing Panel.

Hold a cup underneath the filling station,
then prime the flavor by holding the
Prime button for 30 seconds.

Prime each flavor line that has had a
flavor change. For installs, prime each
flavor line.

Setting flavor strengths

Default flavor strengths are determined
based on the flavor that is selected
using the flavor icon.

Flavor strength should not be adjusted
unless the customer has requested a
stronger or weaker default flavor
strength.

To increase or decrease the strength of
the flavor, use the +- buttons to toggle
the strength setting to either “High” or
“Low”

Replacing CO2 tank

Whenever a new CO2 tank is
installed, a change should be
indicated on the servicing panel.

Look at the CO2 tank and locate
the engraving which indicates
the tare (empty) weight of the
tank. This value is typically
engraved as TWxx or xxLBS.
Make sure to note the tare
weight in pounds and not
kilograms. In the example to
the right, the tare is 14.5 LB.

Within the Consumables tab,
there is a CO2 section.

Click on the Replaced checkbox

Use the +/- toggle to enter the
tare weight of the CO2 tank to
the nearest ½ pound.

Incubation

Access the Servicing Panel within the Bevi App.

Go to the Info tab.

Press on Start Incubation. This will place the Bevi into
incubation mode.

Incubation mode locks out the Bevi and allows the ice bath to
cool down so that the water is at proper drinking levels. The
incubation will automatically turn off once the on-screen
countdown expires.

To manually turn off the incubation, continuously tap in the
space between the Hours and Minutes countdown.
Final steps

Clean any spills inside and outside of the Bevi.

Clean up all tools.
3
Ensure drip tray is empty.
4
Lock front door of Bevi.

Conduct a taste test followed by a demonstration for key contact or any interested
employee.

Answer any additional questions about the care of the Bevi. Point them to

Semi-annual cleaning

Disconnect and remove flavor
concentrates from the Bevi.

Prime each flavor line with BevClean
solution for 1 minute. The BevClean BIB
does not fit inside the BIB cabinets, so
place it on top of the Bevi to ensure that
BIB line will fully prime.

Let solution sit in the flavor lines for at
least 30 minutes

Add 120 mL of 3% hydrogen
peroxide and pour into clean 5
gallon jug using measuring cup

each. Place BIB on top of Bevi to ensure that line is
thoroughly flushed of BevClean.
