    Upgrading from SecureDoc 6.2 SR1 with FFE? Download patch & Instructions:

    1. For customers who are using 6.2 SR1 and have deployed 6.2 SR1 based client with FFE enabled should
    always apply the patch before upgrading any newer version of SecureDoc.
    2. The above restrictions applies only to 6.2 SR1 based client with FFE enabled and if you have 6.2 along
    with 6.2 deployed client then you can upgrade to 7.1 SR4 directly

    To install the SES for the first time, please


    To upgrade your SES, please follow the steps follow the steps below:

    1. Download and save the SES installation fle
    locally to your computer.

    4. Stop and close the SDConnex service. 4. For instructions on how to retrieve your
    activation code, refer to the How to Activate
    5. Backup your database. your SecureDoc License document.
    6. Run the downloaded SES installation fle. The
    SES installation fle will upgrade both the SES
    Console and SDConnex.
    7. Launch the Console which may prompt to upgrade
    the SES SQL database
    8. Launch the SDConnex console and re-register
    the SDConnex service
