    04:00 PM Meeting called to Order by the Sergeant @ Arms. SAA explains the mission and code of conduct of the meeting and introduces the Presiding officer.

    04:03 PM Presiding officer (TM Sriram-Area Director) opens the meeting and introduces the Conference Chair.
    04:06 PM Conference chair invites all toastmasters and introduces Toastmaster of the Day.
    04:09 PM Toastmaster of the Day explains the proceedings of the meeting and introduces the General Evaluator.
    04:14 PM General Evaluator briefs about evaluation and introduces team members and hands over the control to TMOD.
