Physiological Needs
-includes food, water, warmth and rest.
Maslow believe that these needs are the most basic and instinctive needs in the hierarchy
because all needs become secondary until the physiological needs are met.
ABM students like us really need money for financial support, for example when
we're paying tuition fees and other school projects. Physiological needs includes money, foods,
and cloth. We need those to live our life every day.
We also need belongingness needs ,which includes friends and family who will
support, love, and protect us. When we have those, we also feel safety and protected.
Third is esteem needs, we need confidence to achieve our main goal, or to be
successful.Because we believe if a person lack for confidence, he cant express his idea in a
situation. We should have confidence Since confidence is the cause of our goal achieving
behavior and it will not stop whatever the obstacles or problems will come.
If we have esteem needs, we also have self-actualization, we need to achieve our
main goal or to be successful, to be contented, with the help of esteem needs. We should be
know when we already have achieve our goal so thatwe can award our selves and by that we can
make a better performance and service on what we are doing.
And lastly, we also needs safety needs, which includes shelter. Like I said, we want
to feel protected since we all need to be protected another reason why we find our partners so we
can feel secured and far from harm.
