Accident Relief Care (ARC)
ARC is formed with the objective to make Bangalore a fatality free zone. As we all
know accidents cannot be prevented, but with general awareness of the people and
with timely medical help lot of accidents can be prevented from turning FATAL. The
most important factor immediately after an accident is the time taken to transfer the
accident victim to the nearest hospital for immediate treatment. The time taken
should be minimum and thus the “CRUCIAL HOUR” should be saved.
ARC INFRASTRUCTURE:
ARC is a service-oriented organization, having its principle office at

“Vaishnavi Badri”, #48/1, 5th Main, Jayamahah Extn, Bangalore-46.
ARC is a 24hours service. ARC has a dedicated team to serve its members round the
clock. On receiving a distress call the ARC network immediately gets into action and
sends an ambulance to the spot of the accident and the victim is taken to the
nearest hospital for immediate treatment. The ARC office scans through the medical
history of the victim and informs the hospital to keep all the emergency services
ready. ARC also informs the nearest kith and kin of the accident victim.

Every member is entitled to certification of Insurance from the concerned

insurance companies
EXTRA BENEFITS FOR ARC MEMBERS

ARC will be settling all the medical bills directly with the hospitals.
1. ARC settles medical bills up to one lakh for each accident , incase of a
rare occasion where our member meets with the accident four to five times a
year. The medical expenses of the member will be covered up to one lakh on
each accident.
2. ANY NATURE OF ACCIDENTS ARE COVERED:
Like accident at home, at work place, at factory, on the road, absolutely any
kind of accident you can think of.
3. Ambulance services for its members absolutely free.
TIE UP OF ARC WITH 24 major Diagnostic centers.
ARC has tied up with major Diagnostic Services centers in Bangalore. Where the
Member can avail up to 25% discount to all the ARC members by producing their
ARC card at the counters for all the Lab Investigations, X-Rays, CT Scans, MRI &
other Investigations.
Group health checkups can be organized.
TIE UP OF ARC WITH 100 MAJOR HOSPITALS.

ARC has tied up with all major hospitals in Bangalore, where ARC will settle all
major bills (Trauma care) on hospitalization.

Membership coverage details:
Any Citizen of India, between the ages of 3 to 65 years can become a member by
just paying the nominal fee.
Individual Member charges: Rs.699/- + Service Tax for one-year up to one Lakh
rupees coverage. In the event of a fatal accident (death) of the member, the
nominee shall receive a compensation of one Lakh additional to the medical
expenses.
Family membership Charges:
Rs.1350/- + Service Tax for couple for one-year up to one Lakh rupees coverage
(For each member). In the event of a fatal accident (death) of the member, the
nominee shall receive a compensation of one Lakh additional to the medical
expenses.
Rs.2400/- + Service Tax for family of three or four members, which includes
husband, wife, and children above 5 years below 25 years of age for one-year up to
two lakh rupees coverage.
In the event of a fatal accident (death) of any one family member, the nominee shall
receive a compensation of one Lakh additional to the medical expenses and incase of
death of more than one family member the nominee shall receive a compensation up
to a maximum of two Lakh.
Claim Settlement of Out Station Accident
Member should intimate ARC within 48 hour of Accident.

ARC will settle all the trauma related medical expenses incurred towards
hospitalization (both in–patient and out patient) subsequently on completion of
treatment and on compliance of claim formalities.
