CRIMINAL WARRANT
Personally came Jacob A King, who makes oath before a Magistrate of this Court that Bertram Beck (hereinafter called the
accused) did, between Dec 12, 2017 06:52 PM to Dec 12, 2017 07:30 PM at S Cobb DR & I-285, SMYRNA, County of Cobb,
GA 30080 commit the offense of VGCSA, LESS THAN ONE OUNCE MARIJUANA(M) violating O.C.G.A, Section 16-13-2(b),
said accused did possess marijuana in an amount of one ounce or less, in violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act, to
wit: Said accused was arrested on an active warrant for home invasion and aggravated assault with a firearm out of Whitfield
County, Georgia. During a search of the accused incident to arrest 5 grams of raw marijuana were located on the subjects
person.; between Dec 12, 2017 06:52 PM to Dec 12, 2017 07:30 PM at S Cobb DR & I-285, SMYRNA, County of Cobb, GA
30080 commit the offense of GIVING FALSE NAME/DATE OF BIRTH(M) violating O.C.G.A, Section 16-10-25, said accused,
did give a false name/birth date: Jesus Johnson October 3rd, 1963 & Alfred Philips June 19th, 1958, to a law enforcement
officer: Officer King #2223, with the Cobb County Police Department, while said officer was in the lawful discharge of the officers
official duties, with the intent to mislead the officer as to accused 's identity to wit: Said accused was detained because he
matched the description of a fugitive wanted for home invasion and aggravated assault out of Whitfield County, Georgia. While
trying to confirm the identity of said accused he provided two sets of false name and date of birth in order to prevent being

detected as a fugitive from justice. Said accused identified himself as Jesus Johnson with a date of birth of October 3rd, 1963,
and then as Alfred Philips with a date of birth of June 19th, 1958. Said accused was eventually identified as Betram Beck with a
date of birth of October 29th, 1973 via a rapid identification machine.;
and affiant makes this affidavit that a warrant may issue for the arrest of the accused .
GREETINGS:
For sufficient cause made known to me in the above affidavit , incorporated by reference herein, and other sworn testimony
establishing probable cause for the arrest of the accused, you are therefore commanded to arrest Bertram Beck accused
named in the foregoing affidavit charged by the prosecutor therein with the offense against the laws of this State named in said
affidavit and bring the accused before me or some other judicial officer of Georgia , to be dealt with as the law directs, HEREIN
FAIL NOT.
