SUBJECT: Issues Expanding Company--Sustainability

Introduction
(Chad, Sean)

Our stakeholders are beginning to look for answers as to what exactly we are doing with
their money. Given recent demand for our services, we are experiencing an opportunity to grow
into a much larger operation than initially expected. In order to capitalize on this opportunity we
need a plan of action in regards to expanding.

We have looked into several avenues of approach in planning our best route moving
forward. These avenues contain all information regarding our means of our new internal practice,
CRASH (Creating Relations Allowing Supplementary Hardware.)

Why We Must Revise Our Business Model

(Chad, Nick)

Prestige Worldwide is an international first world entertainment company with high

expectations from our clients. With this in mind we must continue to revise our model of
business conduct to reflect the purest of intentions towards our clientele. We currently have
many issues facing our company that we must address and correct:

1.) The recent turns in the economy have made it very difficult to obtain inexpensive
yet Pristine karaoke equipment within our borders of operations.

2.) There has been much scrutiny over whether or not our company is worth
investing in due to a lack of advertising along with a wild and reckless persona
in the business realm.

3.) The company has yet to obtain proper licensure for our boating equipment and on
deck bar. This is causing for coastal trips to be pushed into international waters to
avoid legal prosecution. This makes our clientele very uneasy when choosing us
as an entertainment company.

4.) The company does not have big names attached to our label. We have made
countless attempts to contact Diddy, Snoop Lion, Justin Timberlake, LeBron
James, Carrie Underwood, Michael Phelps, Tom Brady, Cam Newton, Brent
Burns, Ben Roethlisberger and many other Party Starters to help boost the
company's image. We have not heard back from a single one of the
aforementioned. Lavar Ball is so far the only name who has shown interest.

5.) To date, Prestige Worldwide has not any media attention despite reaching out to
numerous journalists across all mediums. We would like to hire a team skilled in
media relations to write press pitches and run media tours of our boat. However,
we have no money to do so.

Background
(Sean, Chad, Noah)

Two modest young men with large aspirations for the finer things in life
developed an inseparable bond starting with a pivotal moment while spending the
summer at their parents home. Their interest in music began with a drum set that only
one of the musicians were allowed to use. They were forced to get jobs or faced eviction
from their parents. It was at that vital moment that they realized it was time to pursue
higher entertainment for the enjoyment of the first world. They began their company by
ambitiously borrowing their fathers sailboat for their debut music video. The brother
of Brennan, an already-established and successful businessman, offered them a debut
performance at the prestigious Catalina Wine Mixer! Dale opened with a terribly uncouth
song of choice to set the scene. Following this came an angelic voice that descended from

the heavens at an opportune moment that sweep the crowd off their feet and brought tears
of joy to their eyes. Thus was the forecoming of Prestige Worldwide.
The average working-class American can see much of themselves in the fathers of
Prestige Worldwide. Their humble beginnings led to a destructive lifestyle that led to
the horrible atrocities that took place following their legendary debut. They began their
official business by hosting an office party with women of the evening and a boat. This
led to the crash of their most vital asset, the boat.

Marketing Recommendations
(Sean, Chad, Nick)

a. Attractive women and men, in accordance with equal rights laws (SB-358, section 1.
Subsection c.), attending black tie events wearing sailor attire and networking the brand
we so love. We seek to help clients understand what services our company provides and
these networking events will spread the word in a classy yet politically correct fashion.

b. A yacht from Fincantieri Yachts - Model: Streets of Monaco. Our vendor is a prestigious
shipbuilder company, in La Spezia, Italy. After crashing our father's sailboat we are in
need of a boat to promote our entertainment at seas.

c. A captain with a boating license and extensive experience managing a crew in

accordance with (Section 678-678.15.) California law requires the operator of the boat to
have a license to operate the vessel.

d. Acquiring a liquor license for the distribution of alcohol in accordance with (California
ABC Act Code, PDF here) A liquor license will help with our promotion of
entertainment.

e. Waterfront recording studio equipped with proper recording equipment in Los Angeles
with dock access to the yacht. A recording studio will help us record our music to
perform for our videos and will cut costs on boat expenses while at the mainland.

Safety
(Sean)

We are aware of the parameters of safety involving alcohol, operating a vehicle, and the
manifest. We will require that our crew operating the ship be certified in a boating course to
ensure the safety of the boat and its manifest. Our crew who will handle the serving of alcohol
will be required to partake in a safe serving and handling alcoholic beverage class where they
were be given a certification upon completion before serving on the boat. The safety of our crew
and its manifest is very important to us, and with the proper certifications required to be apart of
our crew we can ensure everyones safety.

Summary
(Noah)

We would like for you as the reader, Mr. Doback, to see that we have passion and a
vision for your company and with that said we have a firm understanding of the role we play in
the success of our company in these coming times. The above possible courses of action are all
up for criticism and, we stress, are not in a completed state and as such are intended to be fuel for
discussion. Why we have to change our model of business, in a phrase: We are small fish
swimming in a big pond. The steps we are undertaking currently are necessary to move from a
local business completely centralized around our initial venture into the world of big business is
going to require a stellar leadership backed by talent.

Conclusion
(Noah)

However, I would like to finish our summarization of the above points by saying this is not as
insurmountable as one might imagine and an optimistic and forward-thinker as the figurehead of
this operation only bolsters our chances of success. Thank you for your time, and we hope that
we can help Prestige Worldwide expand to reach its full potential. We are readily available to
receive feedback in any form as to our proposals. Feel free to contact anyone within Marketing
via their work email.
