    TWD MAGPASIKAT

    Mechanics:

    1. All teams are required to participate in this activity.


    2. Each team shall have a minimum of 15 participants.
    3. Each team shall perform a single performance, either a song and/or dance number.
    4. Each performance shall have a minimum of 6 minutes and a maximum of 8 minutes which includes the entrance
    and exit.
    5. Fire and other hazardous materials shall be used with caution.
    6. Hiring of trainers are optional but the district will not shoulder any expenses relative thereto.
    7. Each team shall submit the list of the names of their participant and their music, if any (in a flash drive - mp3
    format) at the Human Resource Division on or before December 8, 2017 (Friday). Late submission of these
    requirements will constitute a 2-point deduction to their over-all score.
    8. Each team shall designate a team leader. He/she will be responsible for the submission of the aforementioned
    requirements. The first team to submit shall be marked Entry No.1 and so on and so forth.
    9. All teams shall perform on December 16, 2017 (Saturday) according to their pre-determined entry number.
    10. The judges will be given individual rating sheets and will be tabulated by the HR Staff.
    11. Once the winners are announced, it will be final and irrevocable.

    Stage Presence 20%
    Costume and Props 10%
    Over-all Impact 10%
