NOW THEREFORE
SECTION 1. SCOPE
This Ordinance shall apply to the use of the City Boxing Ring outside of
Cabadbaran City; excluding other equipment such as boxing gloves, mitts,
pads, etc. .
There shall be collected a rental fee for the use the Boxing Ring of the
City Government outside Cabadbaran City by any private organization, or by
any public entity or Local Government Unit except as otherwise herein
exempted; or by any public officer/official or private individual shall be subject
to a RENTAL FEE as follows:
SECTION 3. EXEMPTION
The rental fee prescribed in the next preceding Section shall not apply
to the use of the Boxing Ring by any of the Barangay LGUs of the City of
Cabadbaran.
The Lessee or Borrower shall shoulder the cost of the transfer of the
said boxing ring to and from the place where it is stationed or deposited to
the point of destination including the transportation expenses of two duly
authorized persons of the City Government of Cabadbaran who shall be
dispatched to direct and assist in the assembling and dismantling of the said
Boxing Ring.

Any damage or impairment to the boxing ring while under the custody of
the Lessee or Borrower shall be borne by him, the cost to be determined by
the proper officer in the General Services Office.
Any request for the rental of the boxing ring shall not be granted unless
a Lease Contract shall be signed between the City Government, represented
by the City Mayor and the Borrower.
