CURRICULUM CONSULTANT 2015
WASHINGTON STATE UNIVERSITY, SPOKANE, WA
Provided facilitation of developing a new curriculum plan with a small
team of faculty. Completed a pre-assessment of the curriculum prior to
the site visit and shared with stakeholders. Utilizing the Appreciative
Inquiry model facilitated a small group of faculty through the Discover,
Dream, and Design phases. Faculty discovered what was great about the
current curriculum, were provided opportunity to dream about all of the
potentials of the new curriculum, and then design a new curriculum plan
(courses, course sequencing, pre-req/co-reqs).
