A CT scan was performed on 65-year-old male Sukhnandan Mohta, referred by Dr. Tanay Surjan. The scan showed normal findings in the posterior fossa. In the supratentorial region, hypodense areas were seen in the right occipital lobe, bilateral thalami, bilateral basal ganglia, and right centrum semiovale, indicating multiple infarcts of different ages without fresh bleeding. Diffuse cerebral atrophy was also observed. Clinical correlation was recommended.
