    My name is Dane Mhark L. Reyes and I graduated at Centro Escolar University


    last 2009. I have known that your hospital is need of volunteer nurses and I am very
    much interested to be apart of your hospital.

    Herewith my resume, this letter of intent indicates my interest and willingness to


    apply as a nurse in your institution. I would like to undertake such opportunity to further
    develop and hone the nursing skills I have acquired over the past years in the nursing
    school.

    I passed the Philippine Nursing Licensure Exam November 2009. I have recently
    taken trainings as to be updated with the latest nursing trends.

    I am deeply interested in rendering my utmost service in the institution. It would


    certainly help round out my nursing skills and experiences. I look forward to work with
    you in the future and contribute effectively to your institutional goals.
