    The Business

    We are a FAST-CASUAL Italian restaurant. We will be serving organic and well prepared Italian
    food in a fast concept. Similar to Chipotle Mexican Grill in the U.S. but with italian food. The target is
    people around 20 years old to 35 years old working from 8 am to 5 pm, mostly visiting our place for
    lunch.
