challenges. Her husband refuses to convert to American diet and insist on
eating spicy greasy but generally healthy cuisine.
Client stratifications for her diet is her family loves fish and vegetables and
rice. The healthier alternative is to separate her portion of curry or jerk
chicken prior to the addition of bonnet peppers and replace the rice with
salad. She has also switched to organic coconut cooking oil. Client states

achieving her goals. One of the suggested plans that the trainers offer is to
meet with the client once a week for thirty minutes and complete and
demonstrate how to do the exercises for her individually.

benefit her personally, financially, and also in her Career. Her insurance
supplied through her job has a wellness program that decreases their rate.
Wellness Programs are organized efforts by employers who provide health
insurance to their employees to reduce costs, both from illness and
absenteeism, by encouraging employees to adopt healthier lifestyles and,
more specifically, to address behaviors or inherited characteristics which put
them at greater risk for illness than the general population. These programs
typically target behaviors like quitting smoking, losing weight, and lowering
blood pressure and cholesterol. (Bard, 2011) Most of all reduced sedentary
behavior could be independent factors that reduce or prevent
obesity (So,2013)
