    ACCUSED, through the undersigned counsel, before this Honorable


    Court, most respectfully submit this Pre-Trial Brief:

    SUMMARY OF ADMITTED FACTS


    AND PROPOSED STIPULATION OF FACTS

    The accused admits the following:

    1. The identity of the one charged in the information and that arraigned
    are one and the same;
    2. The identity of Joben S. Dito, the victim;
    3. The injury caused to the victim;
    4. The date and places of the commission of the crime.

    EVIDENCE FOR MARKINGS

    1. Affidavit of the accused, Juris P. Gecko


    Purpose: to prove that he admits to injuring the victim but the same was
    done in a fit of rage;
    2. Affidavit of Marietta P. Gecko
    Purpose: to prove that Joben Dito did something prior to the incident that
    caused anger to the accused;
    3. Pictures of the scratches and dents caused to the motorcycle of the
    accused
    Purpose: to prove the true cause of anger of the accused.

    ISSUES

    1. Whether or not the accused committed the crime charged;


    2. Whether or not they were guilty thereof.

    WITNESSES

    1. Accused Juris P. Gecko to testify on the matters and circumstances


    surrounding the incident;
    2. Witness Marietta P. Gecko to testify on what she saw prior to the
    incident;
    3. Witness Manu Gecko to testify on other circumstances related to the
    cause of anger of the accused.

    TRIAL DATES

    Specifically all Tuesdays of the month, with the regular appearance of


    the undersigned counsel before this Honorable Court.
