    Lab Project Rubric

    When you have finished a lab assignment in the Academy classes, and have
    cleaned and sanitized your area. Then use this form to write up your lab. This form
    is also available, from the web, in word so you can type your lab if you prefer. You
    must turn in this lab form, a standardized recipe referencing the original. Due the
    first class of the following week after the lab was assigned.

    Use the following scale to grade your lab. Keeping in mind some labs may not be
    tasted.

    5=Great, 4=Good, 3=OK, 2=Barely Acceptable, 1=Not Good
