If there are any subjects that you did not understand, then call your seilen
As a manufacturer we are not responsible for the innocent use of this machine after reading this
manuel.

7.1 MACHINE USAGE

profile and bending machine mainly bends profile types above(cross sections).

7.2 SUGGESTIONS FOR CHOOSING BENDING MATERIAL

profile and bendinq machine can bend every kind of material .Bendinq results depend on
material quality.
Material includinq steel have elastic properties. That is why expansion and flexion may occur. If the
material physical properties are not same durinq the process .qettinq consistent diameter can be
very difficult.
If the section dimensions are not consistent (even just a decimal difference)the bendinq can not be
repeatable.Radius will vary.
The working materials should be kept as clean as possible ,without oxidation, dry and constant
temperature. The workinq material shoul be the same batch.

7.3 STANDART MACHINE ROLLS AND RINGS

adjustment ,it has the capacity to bend different Standart profles in the market (the bending
capacity shown on the machine)

ATTENTION!

Many accidents occur because ofgiving incorrect and unsuitable Start or running the
machine beyond its rated capacity.

7.5. BENDING MATERIAL

Profile and bending machines, bottom 2 rolls are movable. That is why,you

can feed the working material from left or nght side.

Place the working material between the rools as shown on the bending figures following.

The working material should be placed between rolls.Move the left or nght cylin der.

7.6. ROLLING HELIX FORM

Choose the material to roll.Cut one piece of material depending on the radius you
want(circumference=dx3.14) After placing the material properly, bend it tili you get the proper
radius you want. After rolling it ,take not of the upper rolls downward movement by looking at
the indicator.Place the material, that will be rolled as spiral, into the rolls.Give pressure with guide
rolls according to the pitch of the spiral. Then ,roll the material after moving upper rolls
downwards at settings values obtained.Forthere will be unprocessed part left, stop the machine
and provide the material pass near the rolls.Use stanchion Straps while rolling long helixes.

Please put some legs to support the material from the bottom , when you make bending process.
The number of legs should be in balance according to material length. Use the machine in
horizontal Position to get the big diameter, pay attension to this subject.
