An Imporient chemical (Pvt) Ltd, registered in 1986, is one of the largest suppliers of
chemicals in the field of:
a. Construction Chemicals
b. Textile Processing
c. Sugar Processing Chemicals
d. Water Treatment Chemicals
e. Paper Industries Chemicals
With annual sales of more than 1528 million rupees, the company was in the bracket of
Highest Tax Payers. The company head office is based in Lahore with branches in Karachi,
Rawalpindi and Faisalabad.
WHAT ALL WE CAN DO:

IMPORIENT CHEMICALS (PVT) LTD deals with a very wide range of chemicals
encompassing almost all areas of construction/ repair/ maintenance, e.g;
a. Admixture which give strength to concrete from 3000psi to 10000 psi, and can either
retard or accelerate the setting period, giving better surface finish conforming to
American standards.
b. Shotcrete products for tunnels, stop stabilizations, concrete repair and esthetic
improvement of exteriors.
c. Chemicals which help in easy removal of steel and wood shuttering, resulting in better
fair faced surface finishing
d. Low cost chemicals which eliminate the requirement of conventional method of curing
with water.
c. Mortar (Plaster) chemicals which give strength, reduces porosity and can plug severe
water infiltrations by drying as quickly as 15 seconds
d. Cement and polymer modified products for steel and re-inforcement protection, for
concrete surface repairs, defects like honeycombing and cosmetic repair, water proofing
of water tanks. Roofs, basements and wherever water proofing is required.
e. Non-shrink cement based grout for fixing of machine foundations, bolts, base plates,
concrete anchoring and filling of any gaps, recesses and concrete repairs.
f. Epoxy resin adhesives for concrete repairs and surface defects, bonding of old to new
concrete and fixing of dowels, starter bars and anchors. Sealing of structural cracks,
beams, columns etc with low viscosity epoxies and grout products for high early and
ultimate strengths.
g. Protective coating for steel and concrete in aggressive chemical environments to reduce
corrosion and erosion particularly desired in industries. Also water repellant for concrete,
tiles and building facades to eliminate absorption of water, resulting in the saving of
esthetic exteriors and costly interiors.

h. Epoxy based flooring systems to provide decorative, high strength floors for industries &
workshops, garages ,and hygienic requirements desired in food processing
pharmaceutical labs and hospital buildings.
i. Externally bonded carbon fibre re-enforcement polymer technology for rehabilitation,
strengthening of RCC/ timbler structures, whether old, weak or defective due to design or
any strengthening required in case of changing buildings utilization like removal of wall
or column, wherever shear or flexure strengthening of any building component is
required.
j. Joint Sealing compounds for construction and expansion joints in buildings, bridges,
culverts, draining systems and window/ door caulking. Also modified emulsion bitumen
rubber sealant for concrete pavement systems or any place where fuel resistance joint
sealant is required.
k. PVC water stops for expansion and construction joints in basement, water tanks, canals
channels, tunnels, hydro-projects. Also hydro-swelling water stop system where
extremely high hydro-pressures are involved.

Repair / Strengthening Project with CFRP
Imporient Chemicals (Pvt) Ltd has the unique distinction of having both the expertise and the

reinforced-polymer (CFRP) composite system. By fixing externally CFRP strip and fabric
with high-strength epoxies on beams and columns of a structure, its durability is enhanced
