Inihaw na Baboy Inihaw na Bangus
Ingredients: Ingredients:
1 kilo pork chop slices 4 big bangus (clean and scaled)
1 head of garlic (minced) 2 big onions (diced) 2 pieces hot chili pepper (minced) 4 big tomatoes (diced) 1 tablespoon brown sugar Pinch black pepper cup vinegar 1 tablespoon rock salt cup soy sauce 2 tablespoon calamansi juice Pinch of salt & pepper Oil Aluminum foil 2 teaspoons calamansi juice cup soy sauce 2 tablespoons calamansi juice Procedure: 2 pieces hot chili pepper (minced) 1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together except for the pork chops. Procedure: 2. Marinate the chops for two hours or over night. 1. In a bowl, mix onion, tomatoes and black pepper. 3. Grill until well cooked. 2. Stuff bangus with the mixture. 4. In a saucepan, heat marinade mixture and strain. 3. Grease aluminum foil wit oil and wrap bangus individually. 5. Serve chops with the sauce. 4. Grill or bake until well cooked. 5. Serve with soy sauce, calamansi and hot chili pepper. (mix)
