Allocate budget for necessary materials and training
Monitor delivery of Instruction
Approve placement of students into appropriate Intervention programs
Assign Intervention Rosters
Assist DIF and RS Teachers as needed

District Improvement Facilitator


Conduct initial, interim, and post assessments
Create Intervention Groups and Rosters
Monitor progress of Intervention Groups
Provide instructional support with demonstration lessons or curriculum
support
Reports on growth for all intervention groups and actual classrooms-3x
per year.

Resource Specialists (2)


Assist with initial, interim, and post assessments for all students
Support paraprofessionals with Intervention assignments
Provide grade span support Neediest Students
Progress monitoring for Corrective Reading/Reading Mastery Students-
DiBELS.net
Shuffle students as needed in-between benchmarks
Before and after school monitoring of tutors
Administer and place new incoming students
