    PUMP BAILER

    Applications:

    Used to remove loose debris from the well bore

    Features:

    Various sizes of shoes can be run on the same O.D. bailer for
    different size tubing and nipple profiles

    Sections can be added to increase length

    Different bottoms available i.e. mule shoe, flat, and chisel


    with either flapper or ball checks

    Has a fishing neck

    Operation:

    Pump bailer is run below the jars in the tool string. Run bailer to
    top of sand or debris, upward movement of the pump section
    draws well bore fluid and debris through the check valve and into
    the barrel. The check ball retains the debris and fluid exits the
    bailer tube through the ported piston and piston tube. The action
    is repeated until bailer tube is full.
