    Areas for development:


    Amna has a strong passion for teaching. She made a visible connection with the
    children from the minute she entered the classroom. However being any teacher;
    there is always room for personal development. Amna can progress with continued
    hard work and passion. Planned lessons and constructive criticism from each lesson
    will guide her. She can use her own personal creativity to make the activities more
    interesting. She can work on the lesson structure and introduce more ideas for self
    and peer assesment. In this lesson we used thumbs up, middle and down. Amna can
    introduce her own personal touches to every lesson. Being innovative is what we
    want to see. She has a beautiful teaching voice and has a calm nature with the
    children. Amna will develop with experience in every aspect required. The main 3
    areas for development are confidence, planning for learning and using her own
    initiative.

    Focus for next lesson:

    Focus for the next lesson is to become more confident when planning for
    learning. Use confidence and initiative when planning and understand fully
    the lesson that is about to happen. Delivering a strong lesson is always key.
    Making sure the children are actively learning should always be a focus Amna
    has in her mind. I have no doubt that with continued hard work Amna will
    achieve all her goals. Teaching comes naturally to her. It was a pleasure to
    work with her. Shukran Amna.
