Public Area Attendant Keeps all lobbies and public facilities (such as lobby restrooms, telephone area, the front

Room Attendant- Performs routine duties in cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and baths under supervision of

Control desk supervisor- is the main communication center of the housekeeping department responsible for all
information sent out and received from the control desk. S/he should maintain complete and up to date information of
every departmental section comes under house keeping
Housemen- Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Identify and report preventative or
other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms. Performs any combination of the following tasks to
maintain guestrooms, working areas, and the hotel premises in general in a clean and orderly manner
Laundry Manager- is responsible for running laundry departments day to day operations and also to deliver an
excellent guest experience while managing stock ordering and supplier relationships.
Linen and Uniform attendant- issues uniforms and linen to staff according to systems and the procedures laid down
by the hotel management. Also takes inventory and control movement of soiled, damaged and fresh linen and
uniform
Tailor- is responsible for daily tailoring duties as instructed by the house keeping superior. Responsible for
maintenance and upkeep of sewing equipment and all areas under his/her control. Stitches new uniforms, items of
linen and upholstery as per hotel specifications. Ensures that all linen and uniforms are repaired before issuing them
to staffs
Lifeguard- ensure the safety and well-being of the hotel guests and visitors
Poop Attendant- Keeps the pool area clean and well maintained and also ensures water is hygienic and safety
standards are met at all times.
Gardener- is responsible for the general maintenance of the gardens, plants and lawns at the hotel/resort. Also
maintains the beautification of the lawns and gardens in order to attract guests to hotels lush and green surroundings
