To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to you today regarding the nursing position as I seek my first

professional nursing role. I believe my education and skill set meet the criteria for
selection and I am confident that I will be an asset to Childrens National Nursing.

I have recently graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor in
Nursing (GPA 3.85) and have 2 years of extensive work and clinical experience. During
that time, I have developed the skills to deliver quality health care and service towards
patients in my care. I have been trained in documentation Epic Health System to
effectively monitor my patients health. While completing my clinical coursework, I was
tasked with assessing the condition of patients, ambulating patients, blood sugar
monitoring, medication administration and phlebotomy. I firmly believe that I will bring
the energy and dedication necessary to thrive in your hospital.

As noted in my resume, my competencies and capabilities are strongly in line

with the requirements stated in your job description. For instance, while completing my
clinical coursework I gained a deep understanding of providing the highest quality of care
for my patients while also perfecting my assessment and critical thinking skills. My
passion for nursing stems from my personal experiences in healthcare both as a patient
and as a volunteer and an innate desire to help people and care for them during their time
of need.

My goal as a registered nurse is to establish a nurturing and supportive

environment for my patients as well as their families. I seek to provide the best care
possible and am willing to go the extra mile to make certain they remain happy and
healthy. Not only am I interested in providing top-quality patient care, but I would also
like to transpose my leadership capabilities into the workplace.

I welcome the opportunity to meet and discuss with you personally how my skills
and strengths can best serve at this hospital. I look forward to learning more about the
position and the possibility of becoming a part of your team.

Regards,
Nikki Ledakis
