the people of other countries but also the purifying properties of the cows dung and urine.
Panchagavyam when given for being taken in, it is not only for the physical purification of
the body but for the purification of the soul. Panchagavyam has the power to remove sins and
generate Punyam. Because it is taken along with recitation of manthras this power increases.
It should be noted that it is in the context of Punyahavachanam that taking Panchagavyam
has been prescribed.
The welfare of the cow will ensure the welfare of the country. If it is protected sins will come
down on their own. If it is subjected to cruelties, there will be trouble for the whole world.
People have to come together as a family in the service of cow. I believe that if awareness
is created among our vast population about the need for this service the requisite finance and the required volunteers will become available. It is
enough if a few people get together at different places and start making efforts with perseverance. What is to be noted in this is that there should
not be a complete dichotomy between those who give money and those who volunteer to do physical service. The one who contributes money
should also render some physical service and the one who volunteers to do physical service should also contribute some money. Only then
there will be total involvement of all people. Apart from this in the society too, instead of there being two separate groups of people- those who
contribute money and those who render physical service all people should come together as one family and as children of Ghomatha.
My wish is that in addition to we Hindus coming together as a family in the service of the cow
we have to carry this message with love to people of other religion, so that the entire society comes
together as a family for doing this service. Religion affinity may take different forms for different
people but since compassion to animals is common to all, all religionists in our country should come
together on these basics. That is my wish.
All 33 crore devathas reside in Gho Matha. She is a walking temple by herself. All Punniya
Theerthas (Sacred rivers) reside in her.
Ignoring Cow by not feeding properly and killing is a grave sin as She is a Treasure.
Gho Matha is Goddess Sri Mahalakshmi herself. Goddess Sri Mahalakshmi resides in the rear
part of the cow. In Sri Matam Gho Puja is done daily before Ghaja puja.
Cows when they cease to provide milk still provide ingredients for organic manure.
Cow feeding can be made very simple by collecting all vegetable waste daily from our homes,
hotels, and hostels on a Daily basis. All we need to do is to show some heart to do this.

A common mistake that managers commit is
working in splendid isolation and thereby not
creating enough opportunities for all employees in
their team to have a stake in the organizations success.
An employee would enjoy the success and shoulder
the burden of failure in an organization only when
she/he feels invested in the process herself/himself.
Successful leaders avoid this mistake by creating
simple opportunities to give their employees a stake
in the success of their organization.
