1912 Packard Model 30 Two Door Coupe
1. Select your material from a variety of hardwoods or solid core plywood.
2. Measure each pattern piece and cut the work pieces to size accordingly. Sand as necessary.
3. Make all pattern pieces by adhering the paper patterns to the work pieces with a
repositionable spray adhesive. Cut the outer shapes and any interior designs. And drill
where indicated.
4. Remove all paper patterns. Sand where needed. The edges can be rounded by sanding
or using a small roundover router bit if desired.
Seat Back (L)

5. Assemble by first attaching the Trunk to the Frame using glue and screws or finishing
nails. Next attach the Rear and Front Windows to one Side. Now attach the Seat Back,
the Seat, and the Seat Base to the same Side. Then attach the remaining Side and the Roof.
Stock: 3/8

Now set this assembly into position on the Frame and secure from the underside. Next,
attach the Spacer, and the Hood and Radiator assembly to the Frame. Then attach the
Wheels, Fenders, and lights. Finish as desired.

Optional: cut off the end of the axle peg.


Drill 3/8 for axle peg and Taper the end by sanding so that a brass
2 3/4 wheel - #A244 cap nut will fit on as the hub cap.
