PRELIMINARY MATTERS:
a. Calling the Meeting to Order the regular meeting of CCD was called
to order by the Honorable Presiding Officer Mayor Alessa Salindato at
exactly 1:00 PM in the afternoon.
b. Opening Prayer by the Hon. Anna Dhanna Ocampo and followed by the
singing of the Philippine National Anthem.
c. Report on Attendance the Head Secretariat reported that based on
the attendance, there was a sufficient number of members to constitute a
quorum.

1. Matters Discussion
Hon. Imee Lorraine Lopez of Langkaan proposed for banning of Defense of
the Ancient or commonly known as DOTA within the jurisdiction of
Dasmarias for it had already become a tool for gambling and indeed
causing discord in the community. The Mayor noted on it for consideration
as priority identified ordinance or resolution.
Ms. Loren Prado seconded and Hon. Anna Dhanna Ocampo of Salawag
asked what are the benefits of the said proposal as well as, Hon.
Saquilayan looked for the grounds of the proposed ordinance. The
proposer responded that in order to ensure the safety of the youths and
guarantee their brighter future, the resolution must be implemented.
Computer shop owners who will violate will face the following penalties:
First offense, suspension of shop operations for a month; second offense,
revocation of business permit; and third offense, permanent closure of

computer shop and non-issuance of business permit. Hon. Mazell Punzalan
inform the body in behalf of the Youth Council that they were in favour for
two teenagers were stabbed to death in their barangay over differences
that supposedly stemmed from playing the game. The latest stabbing
incident happened last November.

1. Hon. Maxinne Mendoza of Poblacion looking for all the barangays
within the jurisdiction of the City of Dasmarias to coordinate, organize a
specified meeting about the issue as well as the solution of it
(ordinance)and facilitation of the proposal.

1:35 PM in the afternoon.

attendance, there was a sufficient number of members to constitute a
quorum.

Agenda Discussion
As unfinished business, the assembly took up the proposal of Hon. Imee
Lorraine Lopez of Langkaan to ban the Defense of the Ancient or
commonly known as DOTA within the jurisdiction of Dasmarias for it had
already become a tool for gambling and indeed causing discord in the
community. Hon. Loren Prado of Paliparan seconded. It was further
dicussed. On motion by Hon. Andy Gonzaga of Burol which was seconded
and voted upon, the motion was postponed indefinitely.
ADJOURNMENT
Since there were no matters to be taken up, the meeting was adjourned at 2:15 PM.

1 Proposal to Limit the load of trucks
The proposed ordinance of Hon. Loren Prado was motioned to lay on the
table by Hon. Carla Rabacal without having any further discussions.
2 Ordinance to lessen the public vehicles from entering the City of
Dasmarias
Adoption of the ordinance to lessen public vehicles entering the City of
Dasmarias as presented by Hon. Andy Gonzaga was duly seconded and
approved by the Chair.
Hon. Andy Gonzaga elaborates the purpose and plan of action of the
proposed ordinance. Suggesting that PUVs and its association should
have rotation at mostly like every 5-8 hours. A maximum of 30 vehicles
per type is also suggested; by that action it will lessen the traffic inside
the City of Dasmarias.
Hon. Lopez, Hon. Rabacal, Hon. Bautista, Hon. Maxinne Mendoza and Hon.
Christine were not quite satisfied with the proposed ordinance. They
managed to ask for point of informations and parliamentary inquiries to
clarify the matter.

Agenda Discussion
Hon. Maxinne Mendoza of Poblacion proposed a resolution to provide trash
cans in front of their stores to restore cleanliness within the jurisdiction of
Dasmarias. The members in the Assembly discussed about the basis,
grounds, aims, purpose and sanctions about the said proposal.

Matters for Information

Hon. Anna Dhanna Ocampo of Salawag asked to have committee to
organize properly the resolution to provide trash cans in front of their
stores to restore cleanliness.
Ms. Alessa Salindato mentioned that in order to make the committee
successful in achieving their goals for the proposal, it must be composed
of 4 members as Hon. Maxinne Mendoza will be the Head of it.

As unfinished business, the Assembly took up the proposal or resolution of

Hon. Maxinne Mendoza to have trash cans in front of the stores in the
jurisdiction of Dasmarias. Hon. Anna Ocampo moved, and the motion
was seconded, that a committee of four appointed by the proposer to
manage and regulate the resolution in order to attain its goal. Hon.
Mendoza appointed Hon. Prado, Hon. Villamor, and Hon. Ocampo to be a
member of the committee.
Hon. Verdan moved, and the motion was seconded that the resolution of
Hon. Mendoza be laid on the table.

New Business
Hon. Carla Rabacal of Sabang proposed to adapt the following ordinance
prohibiting people in texting while driving in order to reduce the rate of
accidents in the City of Dasmarias. The Representatives and Members of
the Council analysed the said adaptation as they examined its grounds
and other crucial information for the general welfare of the people in the
jurisdiction of the City.
Hon. Ocampo of Salawag called the previous question. It has been moved.
The motion is lost. Hon. Ocampo pointed out an order for the procedure
was inappropriate no votation occurred in the previous question. As a
result, her motion (previous question) was carried.

The meeting was adjourned at 3:15PM.
