An exploration into the ways that evolving technologies influenced choices in
composition, the influences of film music in video game scoring, and the
intricacies involved in arranging or licensing music for games.

“Introduction to Musical Forms in Film Scoring”


Introducing younger students to the ideas of musical form in the context of film
scoring, ranging from ideas about individual phrase shape all the way to larger
scale forms in fully realized compositions.
