Dr. Elmer Revelle at 3pm in the Chapel.
2017 Altar Flower Signup - The signup chart is in the
Connector where you can indicate the Sunday you want to
provide one of two sets of altar flowers used each Sunday.
Pick up a Poinsettia Dedication booklet today or Christmas
Eve at the sanctuary entrances.
Adult Groups - Ongoing open groups on Sunday mornings:
Connect at 10:30am in CLC 110; Adult Bible Study at 9:15
and 10:30am in CLC 107-109; Seekers at 9:15am in Room
302; and Covenant at 10:30am in CLC 108.

welcome the community with four worship services. One

Holiday Nursery Volunteers - The nursery is in need of
volunteers on Christmas Eve at the 5pm and 7pm services.
We are also looking for volunteers on Sunday, Dec. 25 and
Sunday, Jan. 1 as our college students will be on break.
Must be Safe Sanctuary certified. Please respond on the
tear-off or email Nancy Cooper at [email protected].
Register now for 2017 Confirmation Class - If you have a
son or daughter currently in the 7th grade or higher who has
not gone through confirmation before, we encourage you to
sign them up. Confirmation will meet on Sunday afternoons
from 3-4:30pm beginning Jan. 15. Register and find details
online at moumc.org/forms.
Room at the Inn Winter Shelter will be at Missouri UMC
Jan. 29 - Feb. 12, but they need lots of volunteers now
through the end of February at all of the other host
churches. To volunteer, got to roomattheinncomo.org and
click on SIGN UP! The website also includes a list of
donation items needed.
Donut Sunday in Cornerstone Coffee Shop - The next time
the coffee shop has Harolds Donuts is Jan. 8.
Jan. 28 Be a Blessing Event: We will be making bowls out
of clay for the Empty Bowls fundraiser supporting Columbia
Center for Urban Agriculture at 10am on Saturday, Jan. 28
at Access Arts (800 Moss Street). Please register at moumc.
org/forms.
New Years Greeters - Can you offer hospitality during the
New Years Day Festival on Sunday, Jan. 1, 2017? Shifts are
2-4pm; 4-6pm; or 6-8pm. Please contact Jo Lee at 4433111 or [email protected] to offer your gifts as we host the
community and celebrate the new year.
