BACKGROUND OF TNSB
Teknokrat Niaga Sdn Bhd (TNSB) commenced on 6th November 2014. Its initial and
sole purpose was to serve the customer in making sense of technology in to their
lives.
Since its inception, TNSB has serve in all ways. We vision of developing the
community, in every organization, through the activities of serving ICT services,
consultancy and trading of IT hardware and software. This is the shift from not only
supplying IT hardware or software but to transfer knowledge and making sense of
the technology itself to the customer.
With an improved and focused organizational structure, TNSB is now more than
ever, ready and prepared to serve our customer into a dynamic and potential force
to be reckoned with both at home and abroad. The underlying philosophy that is
upheld is that every individual has the potential to achieve greatness in any
undertaking through the provision of the appropriate nurturing and developing of
this potential.
With this philosophy, TNSB aims to provide services that will increase the
productivity, efficiency and competitiveness of our customer in both the domestic
and international market. Since 2015, TNSB has succeeded delivering its services in
IT and multimedia program to our customer.

Information & Entertainment
Information and Entertainment deals with creation and conversion of content from conventional
media to new media of the Internet and Networked Multimedia. In defining a strategy for Clients
need in this area, we first look at the current target audience and information value proposition
of the media. Using the result of this research, we will have a better understanding of how to
leverage the content ant its information value proposition using the new media. Creation and
conversion of content from one media to another, especially an interactive media on the Internet
and Networked Multimedia, is not merely digitization but encompasses the whole spectrum of
experience modeling from content to context to user interface.
Communication
Communication within an organization and inter-organization takes into prospective aspects of
information flow modeling. In this context, we strive to create solutions that span geographically
diverse functional units of an organization and integrate across the value-chain. TNSB focuses on
the aspects of communication that include realtime and delayed messaging, data flow,
knowledge sharing and speed of information propagation. At TNSB, we thoroughly believe that
the effectiveness of an organization too complete is a function of the ability of its people to
acquire, process and share information and its proportional to the speed at which these activities
are executed.
Advertising and Public

Relations in the Advertising and Public Relations sector, we assist our partners to create
technology roadmaps, strategies and initiatives for the development of Internet and Networked
Multimedia solutions for their Clients. Our partners in this sector are well versed in the use of the
traditionally media of print, radio and television, and we assist them to leverage this expertise
onto the new media of CD ROMs, the Internet and Intranets.
Manufacturing, Retail, Trading and Distribution

In the Manufacturing, Retail, Trading and Distribution sector, we assist our Client to analyze their
business needs, long term goals and available resources and formulate strategies and initiatives
to bring their procurement, trading, sales and promotion process onto the Internet. We also
assist them to connect to their trading Partners and Clients which increases overall efficiency and
fosters a stronger relationship.
Broadcast and Media Production

Whether its print, video or broadcast, companies in this sector have accumulated invaluable
intellectual assets. However, not many have ventures beyond their respective medium to
leverage those assets. TNSB helps companies in the Broadcast and Media Production sector to
fully realize profit potential of their intellectual assets by transforming linear content into highly
interactive Internet and Networked Multimedia offerings.

(NBI), TNSB is ever ready to set-up, implement, expand and enhance the broadband coverage
and quality in every populated corner of the country. TNSB's resourceful expertise, coupled with

ICT related contents would certainly help to drive the government initiatives to greater heights,
