    AFFIDAVIT OF WAIVER OF INTEREST/RIGHTS


    I, PIRIGRINA L. PEDRO, of legal age, widow, Filipino and a resident of
    Crossing/beside Kuwago Base, Bgy. Tagabinet, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, after
    having been sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:
    1. That I am the lawful claimant and actual occupant of certain parcel of
    land which is a portion of Lot No. 20775 Cad. 800-D containing an
    area of more or less Seven Thousand Five Hundred Square
    Meters (7,500sq.m.) situated in Sitio Liyang, Brgy. Tagabinet, Puerto
    Princesa City, Province of Palawan. Herein attached as Annex A copy
    of the Barangay Certification issued by Brgy. Chairman Arnold F.
    Cayaon of Brgy. Tagabinet;
    2.

    That the above parcel of land is bounded by the following:


    a.
    b.
    c.
    d.

    East Portion Mrs. Divina C. Cayaon


    West Portion Mrs. Flordeliza L. Dela Cruz
    North Portion Major Estrella
    South Portion Mr. Victor Desbaro

    3.

    That I am no longer interested in occupying the said parcel of land


    and have no financial capacity to develop the same;

    4.

    That for and in consideration of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND


    PESOS (Php 150,000.00), the receipt whereof is hereby
    acknowledged from MR. NER G. RELOVA, of legal age, Filipino,
    married to Divina D. Relova, and resident of Brgy. Cabayugan, Puerto
    Princesa City, Palawan, I hereby WAIVE, TRANSFER AND CONVEY
    my rights, interests, title to and participation over the said lot in favor
    of him;

    5.

    That I hereby warrant to protect the rights of the said waive from any
    adverse claim or third party claim;

    6.

    That I will not object now or in the future if Mr. Ner G. Relova and his
    heirs, assigns or transferees have perfected their rights leading to the
    issuance of title in their favor since I already waive any interest
    thereon in favor of Mr. Ner. G. Relova his heirs, assigns or transferees
    and should they possess, utilize or develop the said property;

    7.

    That I hereby affirm that I am executing the foregoing instrument out


    of my own voluntary free will, without force, intimidation or violence
    upon my person;

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature this 3 rd day


    of June 2016 in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.
