    CUT TIME, CUT COSTS WITH REHAU EVERLOC

    2 seconds
    Cut the pipe to the desired
    length with the REHAU pipe
    cutter and slide a compression
    sleeve onto the pipe.

    Expand the end of the pipe
    with REHAU expander pliers.

    Easy to handle, so easily routed

    Easy access to radiators

    Pipe-in-Pipe
    Light and easy to handle, the pipe and its corrugated
    sleeve are just unrolled into position across the floor
    and cut to length. With the pipe easily routed around
    obstacles, the fittings can then be loosely assembled in
    position before permanent and secure joints are made.

    No need for special ducts

    The REHAU Pipe-in-Pipe sleeve system meets water


    regulations requirements regarding pipe accessibility
    for pipework set in floors or walls. Continuous lengths
    of pipe can be simply and easily withdrawn from the
    sleeve and replaced as necessary. Floor boxes for
    enabling access to radiator tails are available.
    The system offers significant installation and material
    cost savings, as the combined pipe and sleeve can
    be fitted prior to laying the floor screed, removing the
    need to construct special ducts.

    DZR Accessory Range

    Being flexible and laid in easy curves, measurement


    is not so critical as length can be gained or lost
    through manipulation, so saving time and materials.
    EVERLOCTM Fittings
    An extensive range of fittings is available to cover all
    applications. These include copper adapters, male/
    female threaded fittings, tees and elbows.
    Distribution manifolds, stainless steel radiator tails
    and accessories make up the package.
    The superbly engineered DZR brass compression
    sleeve fittings are designed specially for the purpose,
    enabling joints to be assembled in seconds, with all
    fittings utilising the same method of cold jointing.

    TYPICAL LAYOUTS OF A LOW MAINTENANCE SYSTEM

    The tough and flexible properties of RAU PE-Xa, and the fact
    that it is continuously extruded and can be supplied in long coils,
    makes it the ideal choice for heating and plumbing applications.

    Ultra smooth inner lining minimises limescale build
    up, for long life and consistent flow rates.
    Durable
    Flexible pipework has a service life in excess of 50
    years, due to its excellent heat age resistance, high
    tensile strength and resistance to deformation and

    21st Century Solution For 18th Century Castle,


    Inverary Castle, Loch Fyne, Scotland
    Inveraray Castle has been fitted with central heating
    for the first time in its history using REHAUs
    PE-Xa flexible pipework. The RAUTHERM pipe has
    been used throughout the castle over three floors.
    Consultants Irons Foulner chose the system as it
    offered minimum disruption during installation and
    has a proven track record.
    The system was installed by specialist contractor
    Taylor and Fraser.
    Luxury Sawmill Development, Hull
    More than 8,500m of REHAUs PE-Xa pipework
    has halved the installation time for all the heating
    and plumbing requirements in 51 properties in the
    luxurious new Sawmill development.

    Using the REHAU system, there is no requirement


    to notch joists, and the continuous runs of pipework
    can simply be laid under the floor with no need to
