3. Scope of Work
3.1. Definition
To Carry out Commissioning/General servicing of Tank Gauging system.
Troubleshooting and repair of any defects.
Calibration of Tank Gauging system.
3.2. Sequence
To check/service main electronic control cabinet and workstation
computer
To check transmitter cable from main cabinet to individual cargo
tanks
To check antenna feeder (owner will be advice of the condition)
To check parabolic reflector (owner will be advise of the condition)
To check and test electronic boxes with Rosemount Test Cable
To check temperature sensor (owner will be advice of the condition)
To check and calibrate pressure sensor using calibrated calibrator.
To check Rosemount Power Supply PCB (owner will be advise of the
condition)
To carry out system function test, verification all parameter and
calibration
Final test for system operation

Highlight & coordinate in VSCC meeting
All work area to be kept clear of trip hazards and a good
housekeeping standard is required.
All Tools and equipment to be kept in store when not in use
All personnel to wear Personal Protective Equipment.

Gloves, Hearing protection and face masks will be available for
use when required
