So much of your life depends upon your Third Eye

Chakra being clear and balanced. Why? Because
we create our realities based on our thoughts, and
our thoughts are often visual in nature. Everything
you imagine, all your hopes and dreams and goals,
your visions and aspirations are all part of your
Third Eye Chakra. If you are seeing beautiful
versions of your life, then that is what you create. If
you are seeing fearful worrisome situations, then
that is what you tend to manifest.
The Sixth, or Third Eye Chakra is also known in
Sanskrit asAjna, which means command, or
summoning. Your intuition, psychic abilities, wisdom, and imagination are related to this chakra.

The Third Eye, or Brow Chakra also governs the eyes, pineal gland, sleep, Circadian Rhythm, base of the
brain, third ventricle, and time.

Color: Indigo
Element: Light
Musical note: A
Sense: Sight
Symbol for Ajna has two petals which represent sun and moon; also the
manifest and unmanifest mind.

Things you can do to help balance your Third Eye Chakra include:
Visualizing or wearing the color indigo
Indigo ball of light meditation simply visualize a glowing blue ball in meditation
Listening to musical note A
TFT/EFT meridian tapping
Meditating
Praying
Liver ushing
Rubbing in a little Tiger Balm or camphor into your skin at the Third Eye Chakra area (right between
the eyebrows)
Applying a drop of Star of Bethlehem Bach Flower Remedy into the Third Eye Chakra area
Practicing intuitive exercises, such as visualizing a free parking space or green tra

approach them, or guessing who is calling you on the telephone; also you can practice sending
telepathic messages to someone to ask them to call you youd be surprised how often the phone
will ring right after youve thought of hearing from someone
Communicating with your pets show them an image of their dinner in your mind, and just observe
their response animals are highly intuitive and communicate in pictures
Communicating with others have little practice sessions with someone close to you and practice
guessing what the other is thinking about, by sending mental images to each other

Stare at a person, animal, plant, or object with the intent of seeing the light around it
Look into the mirror, and stare into your own eyes
Trust your own intuition if you have a feeling or a vision, believe in it
Keep a dream journal, and write in it every time you awaken from a dream
Read
Ask yourself how can I proceed with (whatever you are trying to achieve), and then pay attention
to anything and everything that comes it might just have an answer for you
When asking when will (something you want to happen, ask for a date, and then pay attention to
what comes you may see dates pop up on your computer, in your email, or even in dreams
Acknowledge your fears, as they tell you what is blocking your ability to see clearly, and as soon as
you know what they are, clear them out. You can do this by tapping them out or by working with me
or another practitioner.

Seeing clearly is usually di cult only because of fears and traumas that get in the way. And until you
know what youre afraid to see, the blockages remain. In every case, each and every one of us is
intuitive by nature, even if we dont believe it. It is only subconscious programs and negative energy
that block our ability to connect with our intuition. The more we clear out of the Third Eye Chakra
energy space and practice using our intuition, the more clearly we see in every way. Its truly a gift to be
able to call upon our own guidance through this life, as we can see the way to navigate through the
waters of this sea that we call life on Earth. We dont have to continue on blindfolded and limited by our

ve senses. There is so much more available to us if we will only see it.

Many mystical traditions and esoteric schools have long known the Third Eye Chakra, which is
associated with the pineal gland, to be the connecting link between the physical and spiritual worlds.
Opening and energizing the Third Eye, or Ajna Chakra is often symbolic of this receptiveness, and can
allow one to realize the truth behind the veil. The spiritual path can lead one to greater knowledge and
understanding, as long as one is open to receive it.

and higher intuitions. We are then able to integrate that knowledge into our everyday lives because we
are able to see the big picture from a place of higher consciousness.
When the Third Eye Chakra is clear and in balance, we are at the stage where we are self-realized. We
have learned to live in harmony with our expanded True Self and with others. This does not mean that
we never have problems, but rather that we do not see them as problems. Instead, we experience
lifes di culties as initiations through which we can grow and expand our consciousness. We feel in
unity with All That Is and are aware of the responsibilities of that unity. To others we are charismatic,
empathic, and highly intuitive. We are intelligent with good imagination and accurate perceptions.
When the Third Eye Chakra is unbalanced with excessive energy, we may be egotistical (I am more
evolved than you, so you better listen to me), manipulative, dogmatic, and authoritarian. When the
Third Eye Chakra is blocked, we may be undisciplined, nonassertive, oversensitive to the feelings of
others, afraid of success, dreamy, and prone to escape into illusions and fantasy. We may su er from
headaches, fuzzy thinking, and mental health problems.
In addition to the chakra clearing and balancing meditation, there are several ways that you can focus
your energy and intention on balancing and clearing the Third Eye Chakra. Gemstones that may be

helpful are lapis lazuli, sodalite, apatite, sapphire, and amethyst. The energy of this chakra is associated
with theta wave consciousness, so meditation, visualizations, shamanic drumming, lucid dreaming, and
listening to Tibetan Buddhist chants are all activities that will clear and strengthen the Third Eye Chakra.
Develop a consistent meditation practice and strive to remember and write down your dreams. As we
move into this year of Transformation, this new Golden Age, more and more of us will be opening our
Third Eye, and awakening to our True Selves.

Ingredients

Base of grapeseed oil, a light oil that is naturally high in ORMUS, and then are enhanced with ORMUS
through alchemical processes.

The speci c essential oil blends are then added to create focused ORMUS Oils with that extra level of
intention and resonance to balance and clear the Chakra.

Take a moment to clear and energize your Third Eye Chakra.

While looking at this image, bring your attention to your forehead area in your body. This is located
right between your eyebrows. Allow yourself to feel your presence there, paying attention to all the
sensations.

A rm:
I remember WHO I AM.
I AM.
I see through the Eyes of the Creator. The Creator sees through My Eyes.
I allow Source to see through my eyes.
I see clearly.
I AM all-seeing, I AM all-knowing.
I know the di erence between illusions and Truth.
I allow myself to remember my clairvoyance.
I remember how it feels to be clairvoyant.
I know how to see with my spiritual eye.
I can trust my intuition. I trust my psychic abilities.
I can see my plans and carry them out with ease and grace.
I accept my Divinity and my Divine abilities. I accept that all others are also Divine.
I acknowledge and honor my fears. I welcome them into Spirit, into the Creators Hands, where the
Truth about those fears is revealed.
I choose to see the good in all situations, without resistance to the bad. I accept that good and bad are
simple judgments based in duality, and that in Truth, its all good.
I see the in nite possibilities and ways to actualize my desires in ways that are highest and best for
myself and all others.
I AM calm. The Peace of God ows through me.
God goes with me wherever I go.

all pessimism, anxiety and worries. Breathe in Divine Perception. Breathe out all belief in past

them in the Light of Truth, as Divine Love, as God, to remind them of their own Divinity.
