Your assignment should be prepared in a team-work of three to four. You should not copy
another groups project. You should also not plagiarise another persons work as your own.
Please acknowledge by providing in text referencing and reference list in the back of your
report.
This assignment accounts for 20% of the total marks for the course and shall be assessed
based on the Rubrics attached.

Read and analyse critically the case study below and answer all questions.
HealthyUniverse has more than 25,000 employees that provides a variety of health care
services globally. Recently HealthyUniverse updated its strategic plan with a key goal to
reduce internal cost. The information technology department has proposed to develop a
healthcare intranet project to support the strategic plan.
Healthcare intranet project is a system to help employees improves their health. A recent
study found that HealthUniverse pays 25 percent more than the industry average for employee
health care premiums, primarily due to the poor health of its employees.
You believe this system will help improve employees health within one year of its rollout so
that you can negotiate lower health insurance premiums, providing net savings of at least RM
150/employee/year over the next five years. The system proposed include following
capabilities:
Allow employees to register for company-sponsored recreational programs such as
golf, bowling, futsal, marathon and other sports
Allow employees to register company-sponsored classes and programs to help them
manage their weight, reduce stress, stop smoking and other health-related issues
such as anxiety and depression
Track data on employees involvement in these recreational and health-management
programs

Based on above scenario and the task given in your individual assignment perform
the following:

Task 1:
(a) Produce software design of your Project to support vital decision making in
the healthcare intranet project. Use appropriate UML diagrams (use case
diagram and activity/use case description) to show the design specification.
Please include the description for the UML diagrams.
Task 2:
(a) Based on Task 1, your documentation should also include all relevant
materials pertaining motivation and leadership initiatives and styles. Include
proof on team briefing session and incremental team task in the form of
meeting minutes and other materials selected by your team, preferably the
use of PM software such as 5PM or others.
(b) Present your findings with relevant visual aids (e.g. Microsoft Power Point) in
no more than 10 slides to summarize the content of your report.

Marks for this coursework are to be awarded as follows:


The quality of your report and presentation will be assessed on the following criteria:

The in depth research done in the software project management related


subject;

The referencing of key sources used, using APA/ Harvard style;

The quality of the documentation and presentation, judged on the clarity of


content and the appropriateness of the conclusions;

The quality of the presentation will also be judged on the style and delivery, in
terms of the way in which you would be likely to engage with senior
managers;

Please refer to the specific grading criteria for more details on the marks
allocation.
