    ALL RULES FROM LAST SEASON ARE IN EFFECT. ***NEW ADDITIONS/CHANGES ARE AS FOLLOWS: IF YOU START
    WITH 4 PLAYERS YOU MAY FINISH WITH 4 PLAYERS. ALL TEAM FEES AND ROSTERS MUST BE PAID AND TURNED
