SAP HANA Cloud Platform, SAP HANA Infrastructure Services
HANA IaaS is available in different T-shirt sizes based on memory starting from 64 GB to 1 TB. It includes certified infrastructure for HANA
platform. It does not include a license to the SAP HANA database or any other database. Unlimited inbound bandwidth and 512 GB of outbound
bandwidth per month are included. Support is included only for OS and below.
SAP HANA Cloud Platform, SAP HANA DBServices
HANA DBaaS is available in different T-shirt sizes based on memory starting from 32 GB to 1 Tb. It includes certified infrastructure for HANA
platform and HANA Licenses. Unlimited inbound bandwidth and 512 GB of outbound bandwidth per month are included. Support is included for
install/upgrade, backup/recovery and patch update of HANA DB.
HANA License is included. All SAP HANA DB Services offerings are available in both productive and non-productive subscriptions.

Definitions
Bandwidth means the amount of data traffic (measured in GB per
month) that leaves SAP data centers between Platform Applications
and End Users.
Compute Unit means a virtualized hardware resource available
in pre-configured T-Shirt sized combinations of CPU cores and
memory. Compute units are priced based on the number and types
of compute units made available to Customer.
Connection means the association of a Platform Application
deployed on the Platform to any unique on premise enterprise
business application or on premise data source via the SAP HANA
Cloud Connector. Connections are measured by the number of
connections to on premise, backend systems.
Custom Platform Applications means a set of related functionality
created by Customer using the SAP HANA Cloud Platform SDK
(available separately) or other tools provided with the Platform to run
on Customers SAP HANA Cloud Platform landscape.
End Users means, for purpose of SAP HANA Cloud Platform, an
individual that accesses a Platform Application running on the Platform.
Platform means a set of related functionality created by SAP or SAP
partners for usage by multiple customers that have been reviewed
or certified by SAP in accordance with SAPs program guidelines for
partner applications.
Document Service provides an enterprise cloud content repository
for unstructured or semi-structured content.
SAP HANA Cloud Portal provides an easy way for customers,
partnets and employees to create cloud-based business sites.. The
metric for measuring use of SAP HANA Cloud Portal is a site visit. A
site visit is an individual visit (user sessions) to Customers SAP HANA
Cloud Portal. In addition, Customer may have administrative user(s)
access Customers instance of SAP HANA Cloud Portal under each
subscription in which SAP HANA Cloud Portal is included.
SAP HANA Cloud Integration integrates processes and data
between cloud apps, 3rd party applications and on-premise solutions.
SAP HANA Cloud Integration is an open, flexible, on-demand
integration system running as a core service on SAP HANA Cloud
Platform. Use of SAP HANA Cloud Integration is limited to integrating
Platform Applications with a SAP on premise software product,
another SAP cloud solution, or a third-party solution for which
Customer has secured an appropriate license.

SAP Cloud Identity offering provides state-of-the art authentication

mechanisms, secure single sign-on functionality, on-premise
integration, and convenient self-service options. The metric for
measuring use of SAP Cloud Identity is logon requests. A logon
request is a single authentication request managed via SAP Cloud
Identity. SAP Cloud Identity counts only one logon per user and day.
SAP Web IDE is a web-based development environment that
simplifies the end-to-end application lifecycle: prototyping,
development, packaging, deployment, and custom extensions. SAP
Web IDE provides a fully-fledged development environment with zero
installation. SAP Web IDE enables users to build Fiori and SAPUI5
experiences that work with SAP business applications on SAP HANA
Cloud Platform, SAP Mobile Platform and ABAP systems.
SAP HANA Cloud Platform mobile services is a full-featured mobile
app platform delivered as a service that enables you to quickly create
and operate mobile apps with full offline support, notification services,
superior back-end integration and enterprise-grade securityFor
purposes of SAP HANA Cloud Platform mobile services, an End User
is an individual who registers a mobile application in SAP HANA Cloud
Platform mobile services.
SAP Mobile Documents allows end users to Securely access and
share business content anywhere, anytime and on any device with
SAP Mobile Documents. For purposes of SAP Mobile Documents,
an End User is Customers and its Affiliates employees, agents,
contractors, consultants, suppliers or other individuals who are
authorized by Customer to use SAP Mobile Documents.
SAP Jam Enterprise. integrates with leading back-office systems
such as SAP CRM, SAP Cloud for Customer (Cloud for Sales and
Cloud for Service) and SAP ERP to provide real-time data to SAP
Jam groups for in-context collaboration. For purposes of SAP Jam
Enterprise, an End User is Customers and its Affiliates employees,
agents, contractors, consultants, suppliers or other individuals who
are authorized by Customer to use SAP Jam Enterprise. No additional
BizX Platform User subscription is required for the bundled SAP Jam
Enterprise service.
