Madam:
Greetings of peace!
With the installation of the IT equipments in our school as part of the DepEd Computerization
Program (DCP), it is my desire as ICT Coordinator to impart necessary knowledge and skills to
my fellow teachers about Information Technology (IT) in order to maximize the utility of our eClassroom in the teaching and learning process.
In connection to this, may I ask permission from your good office to conduct a two-day
School-Based In-Service Training (INSET) for the clustered schools of Lumabao and Panuto
Elementary Schools about Computer Operations, Trends and Innovations in Using Multimedia
(IT Materials). This will be done in two Saturdays, August 29 and September 5, 2015 at
Lumabao Elementary School e-Classroom.
The objectives of the said training are:
Echo the training that I recently attended in the Division Office on the same topic
Familiarize teachers with multimedia devices (e-classroom package)
Enhance teachers knowledge on Microsoft Office application (Word, PowerPoint, Excel
and Publisher)
Improve teaching capabilities by integrating IT in their lesson
Create interesting and attractive visual materials
Use computer in accomplishing school forms and reports
Update the teachers on the latest trends in IT
Attached herewith is the Training Matrix for your reference, comments and approval.
