This page resides on HIDGlobal.com and is accessed from a link in the Support menu and a link in the global footer. In the breadcrumb, Home is an
active link to the HID Global home page and Support is an active link to the Support category page.
The LOGIN function calls the ActivID implementationion on ManagedServices.HIDGlobal.com. User enters their registered User Name (Email address)
and Password and clicks LOG IN. Validation occurs on release of the LOG IN button. The characters typed in the Password field should be masked
(*****). When the user logs in with a temporary password, LOG IN starts the Set New Password workflow.
Form field validation occurs on release of the LOG IN button. Both the User Name and Password must match the data stored in the system and the
password is less than 90 days old. If the user enters an invalid User Name and/or Password 5 consecutive times, they will be locked out of the system. If
the user attempts to log in 5x unsuccessfully, the system will present an alert, directing him to submit a help ticket. If the user enters a password that is
older than 90 days, the Change Password workflow begins. Valid LOG IN proceeds to the Search Orders page.

company and HID Customer Number is based on Log In profile HID Direct Customer view). My HID is a placeholder. What users actually see is based on
their permissions. The customer user can view the Card Services or Mobile Services menu options only if they receive those services. An HID Admin user
will see the Administration option if they have permissions to see it.
The search dropdown allows you to search for specific orders. You choose a type of name/number to search on. The HID Part Number is the default value
selected. When you select choices other than HID Part Number, the choices in the left panel change. (See other pages.) If the user makes no choice in the
dropdown, orders will still be searched based on the entered criteria on the right.
For the default view or a HID Part Number search, you can filter by order status.

This is what HID Direct Customers see after entering filter values and clicking SEARCH (without viewing a search type).
The default view shows the first 25 orders. You can modify the view using the filters in the left panel.
The search dropdown allows you to search for specific orders. You choose a type of name/number to search on. The HID Part Number is the default value
selected. When you select choices other than the HID Part Number, the choices in the left panel changes. (See other diagrams.) If the user makes no choice
in the dropdown, orders will still be searched based on the entered criteria on the right.
You can change the number of records that show in the table. (The default is 25.)
For the default view or a HID Part Number search, you can select an order status and filter on this status.
You can restrict the dates of the orders that appear in the grid. The default values cover the past three months.
This text indicates what search results are showing. When the user exes this criteria, the criteria is cleared, along with all criteria to the right of the one that
was exed. Clearing the date returns the results to the last 3 months of orders. For example, in the results above, if open status was deleted, orders of all
statuses would show. And the dates would change to the last 3 months of orders. For the default criteria, no ex is available. They have to enter different
dates in the date fields to get different results. Finally, if a user chooses a different Search Type than the one that produced the results, all exes are
disabled. (This prevents an inadvertent refresh while the user is entering search criteria.)

This is the view an HID user sees when they choose a customer.
The user searches and selects a customer (this is optional). When they choose a customer and click select, the last 3 months of the customers orders show
(see next page). They can type either the customer name or number and a type ahead dropdown will make suggestions.
The user has a choice of several search types. Each will allow the user to search for orders. The criteria on the right of the search control change based on
the search type selection. (See customer pages.)
After the HID user clicks select, the table fills with orders from the last 3 months.
You can choose the number of records to show on the page. (They have the choice of 25, 50, or 75 records.)
This text indicates what search results are showing. For the HID user, this includes the customer. When the user exes a criteria, the criteria is cleared, along
with all criteria to the right of the one that was exed. Clearing the date returns the results to the last 3 months of orders. If the customer is exed out, all
results are cleared and all criteria are cleared. For the default criteria, no ex is available. They have to enter different dates in the date fields to get different
results. Finally, if a user chooses a different Search Type than the one that produced the results, all exes are disabled. (This prevents an inadvertent
refresh while the user is entering new search criteria.)

RETURN TO ORDER
ANNOTATIONS:
If a customer-facing RMA database is created, this screen shows all RMAs associated with the order.
A
Near the top of the page is the order number and order date.
Shows a summary of latest RMA request just entered. If the user is coming from the Preview RMA Request screen, this entry will be highlighted. If the user
is coming from the Order screen, none of these entries will be highlighted. The top row of the RMA entry will show summary data about the item returned.
Shows the status of the RMA requestwhether it was just submitted, received by HID and credited, or some other status (???). I have a CANCEL button
on the assumption that for a while the customer will be able to withdraw an RMA request.
Shows summaries of previous requests, ordered by the most recent request first. Each will have different statuses.
The RETURN TO ORDER button navigates the user back to the Order page.
