Brief Marital History (Paano nagsimula?)

No formal courtship (panliligaw) but got pregnant (nabuntis)
Civil wedding took place (nagpakasal sa huwes) to save face
from people
Decided to live together after 1st child was born (tumira sa
panginginom at paninigarilyo)
Arguments leading to fights are more often when under the
influence of liquor (palaging nag-aaway kapag nalalasing
dahil sa sobrang pag-inom ng alcohol)
But apologies and promises to get rid of his vices afterwards
makatotohanan)
Got pregnant for the 2nd child (nabuntis muli para sa
pangalawang anak)
Vices did not stop (mas lumala pa ang pagkahilig sa bisyo)
Seldom to daily arguments continued with shouting,
humiliating, uttering offensive words, and destroying things
bahay)
Became violent, disrespectful, and abusive to the point that
our children got affected (naging bayolente, walang respeto,
at mapanakit sa akin)
Children have adapted with this kind of family environment
that they think everything is normal (nasanay na ang mga
anak ko sa araw-araw naming pag-aaway)
I tried saving our marriage but he keeps on doing his old ways
kami naging matagumpay)
Circumstances have been intolerable and patience reached its
aking pasensya)

Filing RA 9262 (Pagsasampa ng kaso)

I decided to end our relationship. With the help of a close
friend, I filed a case known as RA 9262 (Anti-Violence Against
Women and their Children) against him. (Nagdesisyon akong

III.

nagsampa ako ng kasong RA 9262 Anti-Violence Against
Women and their Children upang siyay mapanagot)
I filed a Petition for the Declaration of Nullity of Marriage and
was immediately granted by the court (nagsampa rin ako ng
Petition for the Declaration of Nullity of Marriage atagad itong
ipinagkaloob sa akin ng hukuman).
I raised my children on my own (naging single parent ako sa
aking mga anak)

What happened after? (Anong nangyari pagkatapos?)

Forever be grateful for Gods mercy and guidance. Everything
is great every day. Theres always hope and second chances.
Proud of my children who are now teenagers, independent,
and very understanding (napalaki ko ng maayos at mapagunawa ang aking mga anak)
