    1. That We, are among four (4) of five (5) heirs of the Deceased,
    SOCORRO C. DELA ROSA and TOMAS C. DELA ROSA
    who both Died intestate on September 18, 2004 and December 25,
    2009 respectively; That as such we are successors in interest of our
    parents;
    2. That the other heirs is DIONISIO C. DELA ROSA in whose
    favor this Waiver of Rights is made;
    3. That our parents left no other children, legitimate, illegitimate
    acknowledged, Natural Children and/or Adopted Children; That as
    such we are the only Successor-in interest of our deceased
    parents;
    4. That during their lifetime(our parents Socorro C. Dela Rosa and
    Tomas C. Dela Rosa) acquired a Real Property situated at Taguig
    City Consisting of 2071 Square Meters and described under OCT
    No. 15-C;
    5. That as Successors-in-Interest of our parents We now WAIVE
    ALL OUR RIGHTS and interest over the above- mentioned Real
    Property ( described under O.C.T No. 15-C infavor of DIONISIO
    C. DELA ROSA who is also another successor-in-interest of our
    parents;

    6. That by virtue of this Waiver of Rights and Interest over the Real
    Property described under O.C.T No.15-C, Dionisio C. Dela Rosa
    can now proceed to Lease Out the subject property to any
    interested Lessee, as the said real Property has been assigned in his
    favor.
