    Hi everyone.
    Now a days proximate all the person think that any body can to be a leader but to be
    good leader is very difficult because a good leader is who has positively thought?
    They have ability to take right decisions at any moment.
    Right now our country need a good leader because our country is lack of a good
    leader. It is not mean that a good leader is simple and their dress up is simply and
    behavior. They only know about their thought and their mentality. So for developing
    our country.
    It is necessary need to a good leader in all region whatever it is not only election. It
    required in the all field.

    What is the need for a good leader?
    In my point of view, I would say person who doesn't focus only his/her ideas rather
    gets the ideas of citizens to implement a project are good leaders. Since leaders are
    our backbone. They must have the qualities to handle a team which is more
    important.
    Now a days every leaders are coming out with so many ideas to improve our country
    to next level but they don't see whether it is implemented by the persons who works
    below him/her. A good leader should have the capability to handle a team and
    implement his/her views.

    India should need a good leader who is well educated and and intelligent and also

    have a strong leadership quality. He should have the courage and confidence to face
    real time problems and to save our society.
    Firstly, Government should change the eligibility criteria for the person who want to
    become a leader. Secondly, Government should initiate a committee to check whether
    the funds allocated for specific project is used for specific purpose or not. By this they
    can able to avoid corruption and poverty in India.
    Also leader should be the one who should initiate some steps for compulsory
    education for all. Nowadays due to corruption, richer getting richer and poorer is
    getting poorer, so a good leader should take some action to uplift the weaker sections
    of the society.

    Hi friends, a good leader means to fight against the corrupt people in the system.
    People giving votes to leader to elect them and to take action against the corrupt
    people. A good leader is those people who takes care of people and unite the whole
    system like lal bahadur shastri who fight against the freedom for India.

    1. They teach us proper way to awake our mind.
    2. They give us motivation in the field.
    3. They make us unite.
    4. They temper us for right guidance for our life.
    5. They make us conscious about our well regards in our field.
    6. Being practical, I motivated myself by my father for "The hard work and practice that
    made him perfect".

    Good leader are good engines of our national growth as said by greatest writer
    Bhartendu Haruschandra.
    1) They mostly influence our society by their own good thinking for future.
    2) They show us the light during the difficulties of darkness.
    3) They provides confidence in yourself.

    Need for good Leaders - Can anyone say 'NO' to that of course, in any field, a good
    leader is a must to lead and to unite a team.
    Unfortunately, in bharat, the leaders or better to be clear 'Political Leaders' are made
    on the basis of cast or money.
    Our leaders themselves are illiterate, how can we expect them to take a good lead.
    Just see a fact that in bharat, IAS, IRS, IFS, IPS are some of the most toughest exam.
    After clearing these exam, you would be working as "Chief assistant" or somewhat
    similar job for some 10th fail criminal background richie rich leader why?
    Because there is no specific laid down criteria to become a politician but to become
    their assistant there is you, me or anyone can become political leader on the power of
    money.

    First of all, what our country desperately needs, is to create some high benchmark
    education level to become a political leaders, so that correspondence B.Com pass
    could not enter into race.
    There should be a HIGHLY TOUGH MENTAL AND DECISIONAL ABILITY exam to
    extract out best quality leaders. After all, any Chaupal panchayat cannot be given such
    a huge responsibility.
    We need to change, we need to destroy "CAST-CREED-NOTE _ VOTE BANK" and
    setup a true sense sensible class of leaders. Because leaders are created not born.
    Leadership is a quality not a trait.

    In my point of view, we are just thinking that if young and educated people came into
    the politics then the system will change. On the above comment maximum percent
    people are youngsters but how many think about join in politics no one. We are just
    saying about the change but no one's aim is join in politics till then politics wouldn't
    change when youngsters stop thinking about politics and not join in it.

    India need a good leader because the corruption in India rising day by day. So if the
    leader is strong than he don't allow anyone to do whatever they want to do. The good
    leader must have the quality of controlling the whole organisation come under him and
    take decision in the favor.
    Of the people and don't allow anyone to break the rules the good leader must have the
    quality to take the decision in the worst condition. And the good leader is work for the
    country not for ourselves.

    Of course, we need good leaders for our country. Firstly, there is a need to eliminate
    corruption. At present, in our country, almost all the politicians are fond of money and
    looting people. A good leader should serve the people without expecting anything from
    them.
    All the politicians should made a restrict laws to empower the literacy rate in our
    country. To decline the poverty line there is a need for good politician. To enhance
    more employment opportunities there should be development in industrial sector.
    Mainly a good leader should focus more on women empowerment and security. So,
    finally there is a need for good leaders to enlighten our country.

    the leaders are not doing their jobs according to their position. They only make fake
    statements that they will do development.

    said, we want a good educated leader for our India, why you search a good leaders.
    We know very well about Periyaar. He doesn't have any education knowledge. But he
    has lot of experience. He serves good service for our people.
    So I conclude that, as our proverb "Experience is the best Teacher than two books".
