Directed a highly visible, three-year global risk management, Basel II / RAROC program with a core team of 20+ direct
resources, and 70+ matrixed resources with many sub-projects touching most processes, all applications and systems in the
organization. Program revolutionized the way the organization budgeted, regulated and produced profit on capital.
Defined Services and implementation SOA Model for a large, home delivery pharmacy to enable e-prescribing. Solution
involved integration to over 20 custom and packaged systems in addition to 3 new ones. Solutions positioned the business to
up to a double capacity expansion with no staff increase.
Built and led the Global Integration Services / Global SOA team as a program architect to support the implementation of a large
Oracle ERP effort through the design and deployment of an IBM Global Enterprise Service bus.

Definition, staffing and design and implementation for Data Storage Management (DSM) initiative at AAA Mid-Atlantic then
led program
Developed a future state Business and Technology Architecture Roadmap for aligned business capabilities and legacy home
delivery pharmacy system replacement while incrementally providing business value and opening / scaling the platform The
small first project implemented created added profits for the company of 6mm in 1 month.
