Composition
MASTERKURE 161 is manufactured from a blend of pure
bitumens and asphalt, modified with selected polymers
dissolved in fast drying solvents which evaporate quickly to
leave a continuous film, recoatable after 24 hours.

MASTERKURE 161
All below grade concrete requiring protection from
groundwater should be cured utilising MASTERKURE 161,
an asphalt based concrete curing/foundation protection
compound manufactured by Degussa, or similarly approved,
to the following specification:

performance.
Storage
Store under cover, out of direct sunlight between 5 and
45C.
Shelf life is up to 12 months, in unopened containers when
stored as above.
Failure to comply with the recommended storage conditions
may result in premature deterioration of the product or
packaging. For specific storage advice consult Degussa's
Technical Services Department.
