Soon after he graduated, Ir. Meor Shamshir began his work life in Kuala
Lumpur for merely one year. He had to turn down the golden chance to
work in the heart of Wilayah Federal city to look after his mother who fell
sick back in Kelantan. The process of becoming an industry player began
at the moment he managed to open his own engineering company named
PDE Partnership Sdn. Bhd after nine years of experiencing ups and downs
as mechanical engineers particularly on constructing electrical layout plan
in certain proposed project. The unexpected journey of becoming an

Later, a new venture coming up when one day he received a call from an
old friend offering him to enter a new line of business. It was a game
changer, as Ir. Meor Shamshir had never crossed in mind of opening an
auto accessories shop. Ilham Zipo Auto Accessories Sdn.Bhd, located at
Taman Kenangan, Kota Baharu Kelantan was his second to be the new
venture in different line of business. Without adequate knowledge
experience in auto part industry, he converted the opportunity into a
challenge that soon to be fruitful. The business that once received no
attention became an instant hit with the business soon became the talk of
the town. It is the only Bumiputera owned-shop ever established in the
business that dominated by Chinese community in every state across
Malaysia.
Ilham Zipo Auto Accessories was previously owned by one of his close
friend that had the shop named after him and his wife. Ir. Meor Shamshir
stood still with his objective to challenge competitively with Chinese
entrepreneurs thus turn the table around by doing a business that had
never cross in Malays mind. The mission was offering a wide range of
auto accessories at affordable and most possible price. The company had
adopted a price strategy that later received positive impact with

part that suits their vehicles. In explaining the vision of Ilham Zipo Auto
Accessories, Ir. Meor Shamshir has set his direction to expand his business
into multi-functioned company that can offer a wide range of auto parts
products and services.

were meaning to add to the value of the vehicle in any way customers demanded. To tackle
the client and gain as much as sales they hope for, Ilham Zipo Auto Accessories has been
featuring the latest technology in the market with the lowest price possible. For instance, they
offered a new and discounted tint film that came with a heat repellant technology from Japan
